HERE’S how it WORKS

1. Request a Quote

Select your favorite suite with customization + optional accessories and request a quote. Order a sample pack to confirm paper + colors.

2. Design + Production

After your order is confirmed, we email PDF proofs within 5 business days to review + approve to print. Two edits are included.

3. Delivery + Mailing

We carefully package your printed suites + ship them to you within 2-3 weeks. You then assemble, seal, add postage, and mail them.

After proof approvals are in, it takes us 2-3 weeks for production of your order. For larger orders (over 200 sets) it may take an additional week. We will advise you of this when your order is sent in.

Yes! If you prefer to receive printed proofs of your invitation suite before we produce the full order you can add this option at checkout.

The production process will be delayed 1-2 weeks and additional costs will be incurred, but this ensures you know exactly what you are getting.

We also have a sample swatch card that includes paper samples and printed cards to show the quality of paper and printing methods we use.

Yes! We have a formatted starter document here that you can input your addresses on using a Google Sheet or in MS Excel. You can visit our blog post with specific instructions here. We do not offer data input or conversion services.

No — we send your suites unassembled with unsealed envelopes to ensure safe delivery to you. This also allows you to add postage to your reply envelopes, or address any envelopes that you ordered without recipient address printing

We provide one sample suite assembled so you can reference it for your final assembly.

We do not include postage with Invitation Suites or Save the Dates.

You can order special stamps from your local post office or USPS.com. If you’re looking for unused vintage stamps, try checking on Ebay or Etsy — we ♥ Verde Studio who sells vintage stamp sets by color.

Please note, wedding invitation suites often require additional postage based on the final assembled weight.

You can order as few as 25 pieces for all invitation suites, menus, place cards, program cards and save the dates. By default we include 5 overs for keepsakes, photos, and in case a few more guests are added.

The exception is for table numbers, which can be ordered individually to the exact count and do not include overs.

By default, original orders include 5 overs without recipient addressing, so you can easily send a few more if needed without reordering.

If that is not enough and you do need to place a reorder, simply contact us with your order number, quantity needed, and additional recipient addresses if needed. We do not include additional overs with reorders so please specify the exact quantity needed.

Please note, reorders can not be modified from the original order. If you require any changes to the content or colors (besides new recipient addresses), a new order must be placed.

Yes! By default, we include 5 overs without recipient addressing, so you can easily send a few more invitations out if needed without a reorder.

Due to the nature of customized designs, we are unable to offer refunds on designed and printed products.

If you need to cancel your order, we do offer the following options:

BEFORE PROOF APPROVAL:
If you cancel your order before proof approval has been provided you will receive a refund for your total order amount, excluding $50 for customization plus any additional art fees incurred.

If you need to change your order, including color palette or design suite, we can offer a one time complimentary change — IF — the proofs have not been approved yet and it is your first round of edits.

AFTER PROOF APPROVAL:
If you cancel after proof approval has been provided, you will be responsible for any prints that have been released to production. We will do our best to stop production, but you may only be able to get a refund for the assembly portion.
