Shipments are from our studio in San Diego, California and typically deliver within 1-4 business days depending on your address.
We ship Monday – Friday using USPS and FedEx for orders to all 50 USA states. Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Business days are Monday – Friday. We are closed on all federal holidays.

RETURNS:
We know sometimes you may change your mind and want to send something back.
We accept approved returns on non-custom products only, within 7 days of the item delivery date. We do not accept returns on personalized products.
Products must include original packaging, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product(s).
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
We go out of our way to make sure your products are packed carefully to avoid damage. If something does arrive to you damaged, we will ask for photos of the package and product (we will file a claim with the carrier). In this case you can request a refund or replacement.
